Unfortunately ebooks are becoming more and more tied to access exclusively through "reader" apps like Kindle and even a Korean store's reader "Ridibooks". One now can only read and access the EPUB through those apps and can't share/open/export to another entity such as Lingq. I fear this trend will make it harder or nigh-on impossible to share ebooks with Lingq in the future, at least from popular ebook sources.

I was wondering if you could make your own feature to adapt to this?

One idea is to have something one can download that can read the screen and is linked to Lingq (pun intended, sorry). It does everything Lingq does like highlight words, essentially turning the content on the screen into a lesson in real time.

I understand it may sound quite ambitious a request and actually saving the content into Lingq for later may not be possible, however, just to have Lingq interacting with ebooks I can no longer share with Lingq would be swell.
