Add import support for Disney Plus & Rakuten Viki

Some of LingQ’s competitors allow users to import transcripts from streaming services like Disney Plus and Rakuten Viki. I think it would be cool if LingQ added support for those streaming sites as well, giving users more options outside of Netflix and YouTube.

Support for importing from Viki used to be available, but was discontinued a few years ago because there were constant problems and it wasn't working properly.
