Copy a sentence in sentence mode

I would like to copy the text of a sentence in sentence mode, so that I can use it for some external utility, like a translator, a conjugator or even to ask my teacher a question (include it in an email). It also works for the forum.
The best option would be a shortcut like ctrl-c to copy the sentence, while in sentence mode. If ctrl-c is too close to the "real" copy-and-paste code, then some other shortcut. That way use would be intuitive and easy.

At the moment, the only way to copy it properly is to select a sentence, then copy it from the blue/yellow popup. Copying directly in a reader is possible with ctrl+c if you highlight the sentence, but word splitting won't be done properly, so you'll need to paste the sentence and resplit it.
We'll see if adding an option to copy the sentence more easily is something we can do.

Zoran Simicic , one thing to keep in mind is the spaces in Japanese texts. On iOS, even though I have it set to display texts without spaces, when copying a sentence, it copies with the spaces that LingQ uses for word separation. Ideally, it should copy without these spaces.

Zoran Simicic hi Zoran, I agree this is currently the only way to do this. Unfortunately it is an annoying process so I would also agree with the original poster, if there was some way to copy the sentence, it would be a great feature. (Or more generally, to copy the highlighted words, regardless of if in sentence mode or full page mode)
