Fix: Hebrew punctuation (Geresh and Gershayim) breaks LingQ functionality

There’s a serious issue with how LingQ handles two standard Hebrew punctuation marks:
Geresh (׳, U+05F3) - words like ג׳ורג׳ are split into two separate words.
Gershayim (״, U+05F4) - words like להט״ב can’t be ignored or saved as LingQs, and this also breaks lesson progress tracking.
Both characters are essential in modern Hebrew (for acronyms, abbreviations, and foreign sounds).
Please fix LingQ’s word handling to properly support U+05F3 and U+05F4 as part of Hebrew words

Hi! I noticed that yesterday, Hebrew words started to include the " and ' symbols, which are different from the ones I mentioned in the initial post (even though they look very similar).
Now every single word in quotes is recognized as a unique one in LingQ
And it's also impossible to ignore such words, which could be a solution because someone uses wrong symbols for Geresh and Gershayim
